Growatt ARK HV 25.6 kWh A2
The Growatt ARK HV 25.6 kWh A2 battery storage system is the latest generation of high-voltage battery storage designed for Growatt hybrid inverters of the SPH series and Growatt battery inverters of the SPA series. Each system consists of 2 to 10 ARK HV 2.56 battery modules, connected in series and stacked into a tower, providing a usable total capacity ranging from 4.6 kWh to 23.04 kWh.
The version presented here – the Growatt ARK HV 25.6 kWh A2 – includes 10 ARK HV storage modules, each with a capacity of 2.56 kWh, resulting in a total capacity of 25.6 kWh. The storage systems can be expanded with additional battery modules up to three months after commissioning. We generally recommend opting for a larger battery storage system, as this model can also be charged via AC. This feature is particularly advantageous for winter use in combination with a dynamic electricity tariff. To determine your ideal storage size, calculate your highest daily power consumption and multiply it by 1.1 – this will give you the ideal capacity to cover 24 hours in winter.
The use of cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries offers significant benefits, particularly in terms of safety and lifespan. These batteries are extremely safe and provide improved charge and discharge efficiency.
We recommend floor installation. For systems with a capacity of 17.92 kWh or more (7 battery modules), we suggest splitting the storage into two towers.
