Shipping

The shipping costs are indicated in the shopping cart and on the order page. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the weight of the ordered goods. You can find all shipping costs (prices incl. VAT) in the following PDF document:

Generally, all packages are shipped with DHL (deviations possible). The delivery will not be announced via phone. After receipt of payment the package usually arrives in 3-6 working days.

We take part in the climate protection programme 'GoGreen' of Deutsche Post DHL and send our packages climate neutrally.

All goods shipped by a forwarding agent are safely packed on pallets and delivered by the driver at ground level free of curbs. The specified delivery address must be accessible by truck. All deliveries by forwarding agent will be notified in advance by telephone.

You can pick up ordered goods at our warehouse in Mettmann, Germany. If you pick up the goods yourself, you can also pay for them on site using your EC card. Please check your transfer limit beforehand.

Please contact us in advance to arrange date and time so that we can prepare the pickup for your convenience.

All options at a glance:

With PayPal you can pay for your purchases easily, safely and quickly. Pay simply with just two clicks, without entering bank or credit card details. Your PayPal account only needs to be set up once.

Choose the payment option "PayPal" when ordering online. After submitting your order, you will be automatically redirected to the secure payment form of PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in. Otherwise, click on "Create account" and follow the instructions. Within seconds we will receive your payment and your goods can be shipped immediately if available. Your bank and credit card details will not be passed on to third parties.

When you place your order, you will receive all information relevant for payment by bank transfer, such as bank details, amount etc.

As soon as your payment is on our account, your goods will be shipped. If one or more items are not yet available at this time, we will first confirm receipt of your transfer and then ship the items as soon as possible. If after seven days no payment has been received on our account, we will cancel your order.

Please make sure to state your invoice number and customer number as payment details so that we can quickly allocate your bank transfer.

Alternatively, you can choose the option "EC payment on collection". We will be pleased to make your order available to you at our warehouse after arranging an appointment by telephone.
